Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 12 October 2026

Flair is operated in the Philippines by Flair Inc. and developed by Everion Platforms, Inc., the developer of the Flair app on Google Play. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) anywhere on Flair.

Who Flair is for. Flair accounts are for people 13 and older, or older where local law requires it (18 in the Philippines, and 15 or 16 in some other countries). We check date of birth at sign-up.

What is never allowed. On Flair you may not:

  • share, request, sell or link to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including drawn, edited or AI-generated images;
  • sexualize a minor in any post, photo, comment, message or profile;
  • groom a minor, which means building contact or trust with a child for a sexual purpose;
  • threaten or pressure anyone with sexual images (sextortion), or ask a minor for sexual images;
  • offer, advertise or arrange a minor for sexual purposes, or traffic a child in any way;
  • use a casting call, audition, booking or job post to get private contact with a minor, ask a minor for revealing photos, or arrange to meet a minor without a parent or guardian.

How we enforce it. When we find or receive a report of CSAE, we:

  • remove the content and restrict the account right away;
  • permanently ban the account and any related accounts;
  • keep the evidence securely, as the law requires, so the authorities can use it;
  • report it to the authorities (see below).

We do not warn the account holder before we act when that could put a child at risk or harm an investigation.

How to report. In the app, tap Report on any profile, organization, opportunity, event or photo and choose "Involves a minor". You can also email [email protected]. You do not need to be a Flair user to report. If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first (911 in the Philippines).

We work with the authorities. We cooperate with and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), the Philippine National Police Women and Children Protection Center (PNP-WCPC), the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), and the Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking (IACAT) through the 1343 Actionline. We follow the laws that protect children online, including the Philippines' Anti-OSAEC and Anti-CSAEM Act (Republic Act No. 11930).
